Ruffhouse began with a simple yet powerful idea - to provide pet owners with a reliable and trustworthy partner in caring for their beloved pets. Our passion for animals and dedication to their well-being drive everything we do. We offer a wide range of services including boarding, house sitting, dog walking, in-home visits, and grooming. Topher
Topher is our main animal caretaker. Having experience as a veterinarian assistant and kennel technician, he's the go-to person for what it takes to give our guests 5 star service! He's always up for play time with the guests and always coming up with new ideas to make their experience above and beyond.
With Robert, they have 3 Labradors (Tiana, Nadja, and Giulia) and 2 cats (Bella & Ruby). Though Topher would have more if he could, he takes great joy getting to share his time with your pets!
When Topher isn't taking care of our guests, he can usually be found putting together a puzzle, reading one of the many books he still has to read, traveling, or attempting to be good at video games.
Robert
Robert runs operations for Ruffhouse. He also acts as the secondary animal care giver. With over two decades of experience in customer service, he'll ensure you and your pets have the best experience.
You can usually find Robert at the gym or taking his pups on a walk. He enjoys learning new languages and loves to practice by traveling to new places around the world. He speaks English and Italian, and wants to learn Spanish next.
Robert can't wait to meet you and your pets!
